AFARM has promoted & hosted numbers of forums working for common cause. The forums have provided an opportunity to its members to share & learn from each others experiences as well as built pressure group on identified issues. Such forums evolved its own guiding principles & protocols for its own functioning. In course of time as per the requirements few amendments were done in the eligibility of membership democratically.
The members of the forum identified certain priority issues, which needed concentration on both skill training & vision building. The common program tied the members in one string, which resulted in building up solidarity among them.
In order to enhance their skill & bring about refinement in their work, the training programs played a crucial role. The variety of training programs exclusively organized by AFARM resulted in innovative ways of information dissemination patterns reaching up to the beneficiary. |
