The four decades involvement in rural development enabled AFARM to develop proficiency to undertake Monitoring & Evaluation of Various Rural Development Programs.

As a result AFARM has been empanelled as Monitoring & Evaluation Agency by State as well as Central Govt. & also the bilateral agencies under various programs. Some of the prominent recognitions / empanelment are:
 
Monitoring Agency by CAPART( Ministry of Rural Development, GoI)  for Maharashtra State.
Monitoring Agency under India Mark II Project supported by UNICEF New Delhi.
District Level Monitoring Agency for Monitoring of Rural Development Programs by Ministry
of Rural Development-GoI.
Verification Agency for Nirmal Gram Puraskar by Department of Drinking Water Supply &
Sanitation. GoI.
Evaluation Agency for centrally aided Watershed Development Programs by Department of
Water Conservation, GoM.
