AFARM conducts short as well as long duration training courses on variety of subjects for capacity building of NGOs, CBO’s and Govt. Officials engaged in Rural Development. AFARM has pool of experienced & professional internal and external resource persons, Training infrastructure, field tested training manuals & audio-visuals for these training courses.

In order to upgrade skills and update the knowledge of interested stakeholders innovative need based training programs are designed & organized

periodically at AFARM level as Trainers Training (ToT), and at agency level as training programs for field workers & CBOs.

In addition, Govt. depts. NGOs Corporate agencies invites AFARM personnel as resource persons in training programs organized by them for various stakeholders.
