During the last 50 years, the work of AFARM has reached the everycorner of the state with a riches of experience, expertise in various subjects and organizational skills. In support of the multifaceted work done today, AFARM has observed the prevalence of various masses in the grassroots, related to rural and agricultural development. Likewise, AFARM has a great deal of experience in planning, implementing and implementing comprehensive rural development programs and projects through active partnership with the Government Departments and NGOs.
As a result, 'AFARM' has been studied precisely strategic issues as well as the constraints of laws and regulations faced by the voluntary sector and beneficiaries. Therefore, from the platform of 'AFARM, National and State Level Conferences, Seminars, Meetings, Lectures and Workshops are organized regularly to draw attention of the Government to many important issues in the field of agriculture and NGOs. AFARM has always been at the forefront in urging the Government through 'Advocacy' to formulate appropriate policies based on the deliberations and suggestions received.
